Be aware that if you use SatNav, the SG1 3EE post code covers the whole length of Primett Road, and people have told us that it takes you to the wrong end of Primett Road. Follow our instructions below once you get to Primett Road.

ASK Physio is conveniently located in a purpose built clinic in Stevenage Old Town, near the Primett Road car park, at the back of where Waitrose used to be. Primett Road runs parallel to the High Street in the Old Town. There is a wide alleyway that links the two roads, called Rookery Yard. There are two red bollards at the end of Rookery Yard. This is where our clinic is situated in Kestrel House. Kestrel House is a large brick building with bright green door frames. The Primett Road Short Stay Car Park (the old Waitrose car park) is the best place to park. Almost opposite the barriers where you enter the car park, is the alleyway, Rookery Yard. Parking is £1.30 for one hour, £1.90 for up to two hours and 50p after 4pm. Payment is by card only.

You may also get parked on the High Street where you get 2 hours free parking. If approaching us from the High Street, we are almost in the middle, on the side where Waitrose (now Old Town Supermarket) used to be. Look for a dry cleaners, and Kaspa’s (which used to be Barclays Bank). The Rookery Yard alleyway is in between Kaspa’s and the dry cleaners, opposite Beauty Within and Own Homes Estate Agents.
