Excellent physiotherapy. I’ve used ASK physio for 4 times now and in each instance, the post-surgical outcome has been excellent and this is primarily due to the physiotherapy and hydro therapy.

Ask Physio is a well-run practice, with friendly, well qualified staff. Gina is highly experienced in my condition, Fibromyalgia and is incredibly supportive. I get information which helps me in between visits to improve and manage my condition. Finally, standards of hygiene are very good and patient care is a high priority.

Sarah K was a miracle worker – I’d been suffering from a frozen shoulder for 4 months before going to see her and she fixed it like magic in just one session. I went for a second session and the improvement was even better, no pain, full range of motion restored and no further issues over a year and a half later.

After suffering with a bad knee for some time and not receiving any treatment via my doctor Sarah diagnosed the problem immediately. She recognised that although the treatment she gave helped it could only be temporary and referred me via the doctor to hospital. A successful operation followed.

Fantastic results after visiting Ask Physio a few months ago. I have just had my first online physio appointment with Sarah Kinsella using Zoom, and I want to say how successful it has been. Whilst we can’t leave our homes, it is a great comfort to be able to have face to face contact. We reviewed my exercises and Sarah demonstrated on the video to me, how to progress them. Technology provides the opportunity to make contact like this and receive advice and encouragement whilst seeing a friendly face! I strongly recommend you give this a try if you cannot leave your home. Sarah made it very easy and it was truly valuable

Today I had a FaceTime appointment with Sarah instead of attending the clinic due to the Coronavirus. I found it extremely beneficial and after discussing my foot and ankle problems, Sarah was able to advise me on what exercises and stretches to do. She sent me photos and videos of each of my exercises afterwards. I fully recommend these FaceTime and video appointments, thank you so much Sarah!

We had an initial consultation booked in for my appointment on Tuesday, but following the recent government announcement, I was contacted by ASK Physio to say that this would now need to be done over a video app, to comply with social distancing rules. I wasn’t sure how effective this would be at first, but Sarah spoke to me for a good 20 minutes, asking me all about my injury and what treatment I had had to date. She then got me to demonstrate some tests over video, she said she was able to tell from the tests that I needed to get stronger in my Glutes, and this was contributing to my hip pain. She showed me some exercise which she then videoed and sent to me, with reps and sets. I was pleasantly surprised how much could be done over video. Other than a few frozen frames, it worked really well!
